he Rutland Foundation, Inc. (the 'Foundation') is the homeowners’ association for Rutland.  Planned to be officed at the Rutland House, the Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors and is supported by a professional community manager. 

The Foundation’s purpose is to provide for the care and programming of the community common areas, thus ensuring a sense of community for the homeowners of Rutland.  All homeowners of Rutland are members of the Foundation and will come together socially in the planning and enjoyment of seasonal and traditional events and activities and in forming community side clubs and committees.
